Automobile giant General Motors has come up with a major turnaround to Onstar which is its in-car entertainment service. The move would certainly put Onstar ahead of Ford’s SYNC which had an edge over it due to its infotainment functionality. The upgradation is based on a long term strategy and works around the concept of responsible connectivity. The new technology was launched across New York, Austin, Miami and San Francisco among other places by the executives of General Motors on September 14.
